How to cook egg? (Roselyn Rea)

          In our everyday life, we want our life make easier but, we want also to have a unique or one of a kind thing, particularly in our food. We love eating, we ate a lot, so that we spend money to eat something we want. For those budgeting money but you want to ate delicious food, here some steps to teach you how to cook egg in a creative way.

          A fried egg over a simple salad or a bowl of grains and veggies is one of the best quick meals we can think of. It follows that frying a good egg is one of the best basic techniques you can know! Here's how we do it:

1. Choose The Skillet: Use a skillet that's large enough to hold all the eggs you want to cook. If we're cooking a single egg just for ourselves, we use our tiny 8-inch skillet. If we're cooking several for a big brunch, we use our larger 14-inch skillet. For fried eggs, we prefer non-stick or well-seasoned cast-iron so that we can be sure the eggs don't stick. If you're using a stainless steel skillet, just be sure to use enough oil.

2. Heat the Skillet: Set your pan over medium heat and let it warm up. Add 1-3 teaspoons of oil or butter, and swirl to coat the pan. You can use any kind of oil here that you like. Butter gives the eggs an extra richness and olive oil will impart some of its clean, grassy flavor. You can also use canola oil, or if you're feeling very indulgent, bacon or duck fat.

3. Crack the Eggs: We crack our eggs directly into the pan, but you can crack it into a ramekin and transfer it to the pan if that feels more comfortable. Drop the egg into the pan slowly so the whites pour out first. If the pan is hot enough, the whites will begin to set and keep the yolk centered.

4. Cook the Eggs: Once you've cracked the eggs in the pan, just let them sit. Fried eggs don't need much help from us! They are done when the whites are set and the outer edges are just starting to curl up. If the edges start to curl before the whites in the center are fully cooked, cover the pan with a lid for a minute or two.

          We like our eggs sunny side up to ensure a perfect runny yolk, meaning the egg is only fried on one side as we've described above. If you prefer your eggs over-easy, you can flip them partway through cooking once the bottom has set. This makes sure the top is cooked.

          Me?! As a student, I always do my part. As a dancer, I give all my best. About fashion in music, I choose to listen the sent one because it helps me to fade my srtess. All of it has connected to God’s will because I know, all things happened for a reason. Being faith to God and full trust to myself hepls me to make another chapter to my life.

          As a students of mass communication in Adamson University, I do respect all different opinion that people think about my course.Some said that my course is not to much good like the courses of architecture, engineering, etc. but all I can say is being mass communication student, I learn how to respect the perspective of a person. They also think, it is for exposure, but they did not know, it is to expose  the truth around us.

          Dance for me is been part of my life. Every beat of a step provides me another story. Every time I  form a dance step, it helps me to become a strong people. I really love dancing but I do not exposed it to much. Dancing cause me to discipline myself.

          Symphony, ballad, rock rap I like those kind of music, but the one I love most is the senti music. Every time I listen senti music everything gonna be fine,also says that music helps me to be OK. Some music tell us a lesson and some are help me to realize everything in this world. Music also taught me how to be nice person.

          I believe that everything in this world is God’s planned. All trials, problem, etc. that comes to my life is from him, but I trust him because he gave that for me to be nice person. I know, he never give a trials that we cannot resolve. He gave a strength to endure it. And God also trust us. Always do good to the people around us because it is God wants us to do.

"LOVE, you can give that, you can have that, you can share that to anybody. But with TIME, you can't stop it, nor control it. 'Cause you can never bring back the time that has GONE by. So spend your time wisely and cherish it while you still have it. Spend time with the one who means a lot to you because you'll never know when your time is OVER.
